John Corrigan is founder and one of three directors of Group 8 Education, a Sydney-based consulting and training organisation formed to develop tools and pathways to help organisations make the transition to Education/Culture/Leadership 3.0. John has extensive experience - developed out of a background in strategy consulting, corporate and business unit planning, and change management - in the transformational change of organisations, predominantly those where relationships are an important source of the value that the organisation creates.
Group 8 Education has developed a core body of culture change expertise built on the latest neuroscience research and extensive action research with leaders in the education sector, a sector where culture is the key driver of performance and a shift to Education 3.0 is thirty years overdue.
John’s first degree is in Mathematics and he has an MBA from INSEAD. He has lived and worked in nine countries, speaks four languages and has had a range of careers including as an officer in the British Army, an oilfield engineer in South America and running a group of professional service firms in Australia.
John has been working specifically in the area of cultural change since early 2001.
John’s key skill areas are in training, facilitation and coaching, in survey design and analysis with key note speaking and writing in support.
